Wesbank filling it's customers

Wesbank does not care about its customers. I always settled my installments in time. Now that i'm facing a situation they don't wanna assist me, instead they wanna take my car. The issue, yes I've been behind with payments. Even though my account is in arrears I still continued to pay my installments. But you guys are selfish.
