Wesbank fails at service

<p>I app**** for re finance of my car's baloon payment, they have all the documentation and 3 months have elapsed, with no outcome.I continue to pay the full owing amount every month.I send them mails daily, and no replies.</p> <p>Another fail for bee!!!</p>
