Wesbank failing its clients/customers

I have always kept my account up to date for good 3 years. Now that i'm falling to pay on time the bank is disowning me. Even though my account is in arreas, I still continue to pay my installments but no you are just selfish and heartless. You don't care about customers.I have tried to make an arrangement but you refused to listen to my pledge.

Worst bank ever.
