Wesbank equals bad service

Huge delay in delivery of natis documents: from 5th of April 2022 I have been waiting (and calling, emailing) for my documents as these should be delivered in 5-10 work days. No joy. Should I go and open the car theft case against Wesbank? What can I do? Just wait? Horrible service. This is the last time I'll ever use Wesbank even if others want more interest.
