Wesbank Early Debit

Wesbank decided to debit my vehicle on the 18th without my permission. I phoned in to ask why this has happened and was told that there was an sms sent out to communicate this. Who still reads their sms ? I honestly do not care about an sms as when I signed my agreement with Wesbank I stated my debit order for the 25th of every month. This was the agreement. I also received a statement for December that states my due date for payment is the 25th of December. Can someone from wesbank please get back to me regarding this matter as I would like to know who will be paying my bank chargers.
