Wesbank eager not to help!!

I am a travel agent and have reached out to to wesbank to see if I can make an arrangement for the next few months in lieu of this virus. I have been a longtime client and have never failed to pay on time. not even a phonecall, or a an attempt to help. this is disgusting.
