Wesbank doesn't know how to keep up with todays times.

Refuse to update my residential address. I have provided them with the rates and taxes statement that I get from the City of Cape Town via email. And they refuse to update my address. The commissioner of oaths cannot certify something that is electronic. No one recieves post these days. Everything is electronic. I updated my address with FNB very smoothly, and I dont understand what the issue is because they fall under the same group.
