Wesbank doesn't want to speak to their clients....
Wesbank is so concerned to do everything by website that they cant wait to get you off the phone. I bought a car in February financed by Wesbank at a rate of 9.9. The car is giving me trouble and I am selling it and are now in the process of buying another car. Wesbank offers me 11.5. Thinking I could negotiate a better rate I called the call center who informed me that I am not allowed to discuss this with them, only the financial person at the dealership is allowed to talk to them about MY FINANCIALS. WHO IS THE CLIENT!!!??? The same person at the dealership that offered me finance from BMW is the same person that has to negotiate on my behalf with Wesbank? This would have been my 3d car financed by Wesbank and I NEVER missed a payment. Plus I am a FNB client, not that that actually means anything except that I can see my profile on my banking profile.

I will obviously go with BMW finance, at least the are approachable.
Very disappointing.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and affording us an opportunity to address your concerns.
As a service driven organisation, WesBank goes to great lengths to render unsurpassed service excellence to all our valued customers with every interaction. It is therefore extremely disappointing when we fall short of your expectations. In this instance however, WesBank was not afforded the opportunity to review the interest rate that was offered initially as the dealer failed to advise us of any enquiries in addition to having omitted to note that this was a trade-in agreement. We have subsequently offered you an exceptional interest rate once all the facts were taken into account.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times whilst wishing you many happy driving kilometres in your newest acquisition.
Yours sincerely,
WesBank
