Wesbank does not finance brand new vehicle for business because it is too cheap!

Looking at financing a vehicle. Got a quote from a Suzuki dealership for a brand new vehicle for R145 000. Apparently Wesbank does not finance vehicles under R150 000. Thus forcing me to spend more money on a vehicle than by business needs. How is this making any sense from a business owners perspective?
