Wesbank - do you even know how to use your own digital portal?????

Recently i have been receiving endless emails from Wesbank requiring me to reFICA my existing 5 year old contract with them! Despite me completing their documentation and uploading it to my wesbank online profile, they keep emailing me threatening emails to complete source of funds on my 5 year old car instalment sale. Also pressure to go find a commission of oaths to certify i haven't moved from my listed address, which i have been staying at for 12 years and have not notified anyway of change of address! I see no reason to FICA an old existing account, if it was new and i was doing a repurchase I could understand, but the badgering that is currently going on is beyond me. HUGELY FRUSTRATED, we are in a digital era ... please use the documentation i have UPLOADED weeks ago.
