Wesbank dissapoints.

I app**** for finance on a vehicle from VW. My application was declined due to not being able to afford the vehicle. My debt per month is literally 4200 pm. I habe a surplus of R11500 pm left on a bad month. My question is how can i not afford a vehicle of R3350 pm with that surplus balance.
