Wesbank Discriminates against foreign nationals

I app**** for finance. Because I am a foreign national, even though I am a permanent resident of 30 years standing, Wesbank apply a limit to their finance offerings even though the item has value in excess of the desired loan amount and is still within the 20 year vehicle age limit that Wesbank quote.. I was told that If I was born in RSA then they would do he deal but because I was born in the UK I am not to be trusted, Very disappointed.
