Wesbank disappoints again...
It's with utter dismay that I have to revert to this platform, but hopefully this will get our problem resolved. I settled a car registered to my wife and received a statement indicating that she is owed R5000+ on the statement. On the 1st instead of giving her a credit, yet another debit was done. I phoned to ask for this matter to be rectified only to be transferred to a rude individual who kept on arguing with me about the POPIA act. Which I know. I said I could answer the questions, but was told no. I was advised she must send a email since her work does not allow her to take or make calls. I advised that I had access to her mail and was advised that I can send the email and will be assisted since we are married. ***?. How does that make any sense? I was told that the bank did not receive the settlement letter which was a lie. My wife was already approved for the replacement car since everything was already submitted. All I wanted was for this idiot to apologise and raise an enquiry into the matter since my wife is owed money... Do not dare miss an instalment, but hell, Wesbank can take its sweet time to fix a mistake... sh@t service Wesbank. This is now the 3rd time that monies was taken without consent and in error. Your a big business so you might not care about my business as an individual, but at this trend you will have people not doing business with you like I will refrain from doing business with you in future. You're not the only giving finance. Please fix this before EOD tomorrow?
