Wesbank disappointing service

Bought a car on finance with Wesbank from We buy cars, The car turned out to be a faulty car and I filed for cancellation. I put through a dealer complaint with Wesbank where they are supposed to assist with the cancellation. I sent through all my information, Its been 2 weeks and nothing is being done! Ive been assigned a case agent who doesnt respond to emails or answer the phone. I am so fed up!
