WESBANK DIRECTAXIS LOAN DISGUSTING SERVICE
I have a loan with Wesbank Direct Axis due to loss of income last year I then app**** for life credit protection with IUA which was approved. In July I called Direct Axis I spoke to the consultant (Nomvuyo Vanishiya) to request IUA to pay the outstanding lump sum to cover the remaining five months payments. After making several follow-up with her without her coming back to me for months ,I decided to wait for the six months IUA payments. Six months later (January) Direct Axis sends me smses saying my account is in arrears much to my surprise.
I called Direct Axis on 20th January spoke to Tina to enquire about this I was told that IUA only paid for three months (July, August and September 2020) that's what is showing on their system.
I tha I then called IUA on 27 January 2021 to get clarity on the matter and they told me that they have paid six months installments in two months (July- 1x payment and August the remaining 5x payments) which I was covered for. They have emailed Tayrene Bam from Direct Axis the proof of payment and I was also cc'd in that mail. I tried to follow up with Direct Axis to update my account and clear up my arrears, but to date, that has not been done!
Their smses keeps on flooding my inbox that my account is in arrears. This IS NEGATIVELY AFFECTING MY CREDIT STATUS (RECORD). Direct Axis created a bad record for me intentionally with their *********** staff/consultants. They are very quick in approving the loan applications thereafter they just want to see the people in debt forever.
PLEASE FIX THIS AS EARLY AS YESTERDAY.
