Wesbank depreciating service!!!

I've been a wesbank customer for years and I noticed that the general levels of customer has been dropping over the years. I paid and settled my vehicle on the 16 June 2015 via direct eft from my fnb account. I asked my wife to phone on my behalf the next day to confirm that this is what we've done. And she was confronted by a call centre agent that demanded from her a power of attorney athority which not both of us was aware of as none of this was ever required before. I called back and another agent told that no payment is reflecting in my account and I just have to call again. I told him if i will be notified, his answer to me was to just phone back again and ask. You should really train your agents they pathetic. All that they know is wait 48 hours! Today the 18 June 2015 and still nothing is relecting in my account. The settlement figure on the 16th was R37204.46 and that is the amount I paid via eft. I demand that a supervisor phone me as I refuse to ever deal with any of your call centre agents. At my previous vehicle settlement and my wife's the same senario has unfolded and we both have been loyal clients with your company.
