Wesbank deduction happens after the car is paid off and then they don't answer calls to refund customers

My vehicle was paid off at the beginning of the month, Wesbank still deducted the repayment from my account. I have tried on 3 occasions to get hold of them and the people in the right department just don't bother answering the phone. Surely you can find people, in a country with such high unemployment to pick up a phone.
