Wesbank declines application due to insurance company enquiries on bureau!!

As a loyal customer I did an application with Wesbank for finance. The application got decline due to the enquiries on my profile which was allegedly from micro loan companies but in fact the enquiries are in fact from Insurance companies which the bureau clearly show like Hollards, Discovery insure, Outsurance, Miway, Santam, king price. so infact if you shop around fro insurance don't even bother applying at Wesbank
