wesbank declined in durban but approved in joberg

On 8 april 2016 I went to pinetown car dealer,I met sales man he did application I submitted all paper work.I went back to dealer next day they told.me wesbank approved me but decline due to validation.they informed dealer that I dont have home bond and also I am late payer and also saying my business not on yellow pages.I found this ridiculous odd.I settled my finance with mfc on December all my accounts up to date ,I then app**** threw a another car dealer in Johannesburg same extact process I got call from dealership saying I was approved and validation was also approved,how come wesbank approved me in Johannesburg but decline in durban,this effected my credit rating drastically,I signed the deal in Johannesburg approved from wesbank,I totally blame durban dealership and wesbank for my time loss coming to Johannesburg for the vehicle,some one didnt do job correctly first thing is to blame consumer on credit profiles.I want better interest rate from wesbank for my time loss making me a fool traveling so far .getting different stories,I want a better interest rate on my deal that I already signed I want some one to call me or email asap as this is not fair as for banks error
