WESBANK DECEASED ESTATE

My dad passed on january and he purchased a car under Toyota and was financed by Wesbank, my mom is unemployed and im the only one working..Wesbank is telling us that either we pay the outstanding amount my dad owes or they taking the car..First time I contacted Wesbank I spoke with Mr Riaaz and he said I should either re-apply for their finance for me to be able to settle the amount outstanding although I explained to him I cannot do so due to my debt review status. Now we left with an ultimatum to either settle an amount we do not have or they taking the car even after I pleaded with him for me to continue with the amount my dad was paying until its paid up..My dad worked so hard to pay this car for almost 4 years.Someone please help us
