Wesbank Debited My account without Authority

I made advance payments into my wesbank account for my vehicle, then i phoned the bank to make an arrangement to skip two debit orders because the advance will cover it instead wesbank went an processed a debit order that i did not authorize on a different account from another bank. Wesbank is such a greedy bank and can break the law to debit anyone without authority. I want the financial authorities to start tightening the ability of banks like Wesbank to stop debiting clients without a mandate. I have been with Wesbank for years and all my vehicles are with them and this is how they repay me.
