Wesbank debit order fault

My debit order went of on the 2nd of Feb and then it went of on the 10th again. I try calling them 9 times and the call keeps on hanging, I try loading complaints and no respoinse The debit order withdraw the last of my money for the month witch i should of bought food for my family, now they are starving!!!
