Wesbank Day light *******

So I received my statement from Wesbank for my Car wich siad I owed R100 000 and no arrears for the month of October. I usually pay R3500 pm but then in Novmeber I paid R4 000. Because of that my Novemeber statement comes back with +R103 000 owing and over R3 000 in arrears. What the f**k. I sent an email asking them to rectify this and call me but instead the told me I must call them. Waste my airtime to stay on the line with them asking them to not rob me. Wonderful... :(
