Wesbank

My Car was involved in an accident and the Insurance wrote it off. there was a shortfall on the value from the bank verses the Insurance settlement amount. On the 24-01-2020 I spoke to Miles Ntsangeni who informed me to close the file I would need to pay the shortfall of R2675.19 and forward the proof of payment to him, I asked him if I make the payment that no debits will be effected against my bank account. He ensured me that this will not happen when I make the payment. I made the payment and forward the proof to him. to my surprise on the 26 Jan 2020 I got an SMS showing the deduction of the payment that went off to Wesbank. Monday I called Miles who promised feedback in 15min its already a new day no feedback and my bank statement still shows I owe WESBANK Instalment Sale *** -22,871.06 is this not ridicules after I was told that if I make payment the interest will fall away and the file will be closed off. This is not my 1st Vehicle financed trough Wesbank but this will surely be my last one with this kind of service I received together with miss leading information...oh than there was the settlement letter/s issue the insurance forward me a letter from the bank with +-R70k when I spoke to Miles he telling me that the value on the settlement letter was about 76k and the person who send the settlement letter to MiWay did not have the authority to do so how on earth is that possible. I need the deduction that was made against my bank account to be refunded urgently and I want a proper investigation to be conducted on this account and my account closed off with no outstanding amounts owing to the bank..
