Wesbank

My X vehicle was settled in total in beginning Feb2022. Payment again deducted on the 28th of Feb2022. Have 11 diffrent refrence calls made to the service department as well as a manager from the service department. All promissing that the refund will be in y account in 48 hours. Worse to this, the account was not colsed and is still open to be deducted again of my account this month. Do we default and just stop paying all our account with Wesbank? Will this maybe help to get any service out of them?
