Wesbank Customer Service Sucks!
I have been waiting for almost a month now for Wesbank to finance the sale of my private vehicle to the prospect buyer that has been approved. I will most certainly advise my friends, family or any prospect buyer/seller NOT to use Wesbank, but to look for alternative Finance houses. Their "processes" do not meet the level of Customer Experience required!
