Wesbank customer service are useless

I paid off my loan account and have been trying to close the account for the past 3 weeks, I've emailed them, I've phoned them countless times. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. meanwhile They are charging me interest on a account that was closed last month. they will phone you back in a second to sell you something, but if you need something from them......Forget anything resembling good customer service.
