Wesbank ******
I have never felt so ****** and disrespected by a service provider. I was out of work for a few months and struggled to make payments. As soon as I found work I have been paying my installments on time and when possible I would pay extra to reduce the arrears.
To my surprise 12 months and payments later I am being informed that my account was handed over a long time ago and they will need me to settle the full repayment amount or they will reposes my vehicle.
I cannot believe that after making consistent payments for so many months they still insist on taking my vehicle. I had to chase after them and contact them to find out what was going on as they sat back and took close to R50 000 of my money.
All I wanted was to make arrangements to honor my contract and I never ran, yet now they want to treat me like a ********. I am at a loss for words as I need my vehicle to make a living. Is there anyone that can help me please, there is no way that this can be ethical let alone right!
