WesBank Credit Card Service Non-Existent!!
I have been trying, for the past 3 hours, to find someone who can assist me with transferring money from my Wesbank credit card budget facility to my straight facility to no avail!! I was transferred from pillar to post (sometimes without reasons provided) & have spoken to probably 20 different consultants of different departments! I was even transferred to Direct Axis for personal loan application??? I am extremely frustrated & more than a little annoyed!!
