Wesbank & Courier faux pas

I requested Wesbank, send my vehicle's ENatis documents to a specific address,in the Eastern Cape. Guess what...the docs were sent to an unknown address in the Western Cape. Received a call from a courier company,advising he couldn't find my address,in the Western Cape. Thanks to the bright folk, at Wesbank and their associate courier company,i'm now unable to take delivery,of my new vehicle
