Wesbank confirmed to ***** my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

This is pathetic of WesBank. during the course of my instalments I paid in extra money which was never credited to my vehicle loan account, it was there just hanging.

After requesting for settlement and subsequently paying the settlement amount, I was hoping to receive the over payments that was never credited into my account.

I then called to say, well, I settled the account, please refund the extra money I have paid over the years. response was like "the money was there for more than 6 months, so it is WRITTEN OFF". wesbank just confirmed to ***** my money!!!!!!!!!
