wesbank conduct

I app**** for vehicle finance on the 13/4/2016,as I need a reliable vehicle to work with,I do get a car allowance of over 10K per month ,yet wesbank keeps declining my applications due to \wesbank conduct\" which happened in 2010.<br> The reason for the conduct was I was farming with my dad at that stage and he past away and his assets was frozen until his \"boedel\" was completed,that resulted in me not getting a salary for a while ,but when all was back to normal I paid up my vehicle in full in 2011.<br> Every time I call the wesbank call center to rectify this,and there has been may times, they say there is nothing they can do for me.I would like to know why after all the calls and time I spent to try and rectify this matter is wesbank still not interested to listen and help clients like me.<br> I would like this matter to be settled and get it done with and put it behind me as this was not something I could have foreseen or prevented.<br> "

The person whom did my application contacted me,she said she was instructed to contact me and ask why I reported this matter on Hallopeter,I told her why and she said there is nothing she can do but do another application.I never heard from her again.I phoned her after a week or so and she said there is nothing she can do,I then contacted the call center and they gave me a reference number and they said that they will ask the scoring department to contact me that is also a few weeks ago and nothing yet.I lodged a complaint on the website again with no response.
