Wesbank Comprehensive Insurance Claim

I am bad with remembering names, so unfortunately I can't quite remember the name of the lady who assisted me, but I think her name is Michelle. I called the customer service to log a claim for my cracked windscreen. Not only was she friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with, the entire matter was sorted within 5 minutes. This is my first claim since insuring with Wesbank and I am pleasantly surprised and delighted with the service I have received.
