Wesbank committing ***** against their customers
Hi I have my car finance with Wesbank. My finance is on a non-fixed interest rate. When the repo rate went up, Wesbank increased my installment. Now when the repo was cut by 1%,Wesbank did not decrease my installments, I send them numerous emails, which I didn't get any reply. Wesbank is doing ***** and if Wesbank do not rectify this matter ASAP, I will be force to take legal action against them.
