Wesbank collections
Hi Wesbank, a lady from collections called me to arrange payments. I am able to do the payment of 3300. So please do not hand it over as Anelize said she would give me a few days to pay it. I’m just concerned as I called today and one woman said it’s already been handed over to legal. Then another guy said no that I can pay the 3300.00. Pls I intend paying this on Wednesday latest. Please go to your recordings and listen to Analize she said I must pay it, and now I can.

25 Aug 2020, 15:24I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Ernalize. I do understand that I owe my installments. I am willing to pay 3300 as requested by her, however there after my installments will be 3800 for the next 6 months. This is so heavy for me to do, as because of the pandemic I lost income. This pandemic was not anyone’s fault yet us customers are the ones who suffer, j would have thought the outstanding amounts are just added to an extra 6 months of my contract. As this makes more sense for people like me who are struggling. As I said I said to Ernalize I will pay the 3300 but I cannot afford 3800 a month there after when my original installment was half that.
