Wesbank Collections consultant misled me,now car might be repossesed!

<p>On the 29th of November I called Wesbanks collections department and spoke to a consultant by the name of Lerato.I explained to her my situation with hopes that I could reach an arrangement with the bank.I disclosed that I could not pay the amount I was meant to pay and that I could pay R2000 going forward till I am back on my feet.She agreed that I could make that payment,which I have been.I have now been contacted and advised that the car will be collected.I feel this is unfair as the consultant could have told me if no agreement could be reached.I have paid more than the 2000 on the 03rd of this month as I am trying all means to pay up my arrears as I was under the impression that the bank understood my situation.</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 3018 This is my account number</p>
