Wesbank Collections

I'm very disappointed in Wesbank. A lady of Wesbank Collections called me last night the 2 July 2015 at 18:05 regarding my Bakkie instalment that is in arrears. She said that they try to take an instalment on the 26,27 and 28th of June and that no money reflected on they side. She said that I will have unpaid on my account, and that I must pay an additional R 400 something to get the account up to date. She gave me and instalment of R 3100 and something to be paid today , otherwise she have to take steps.
The bank think I'm an untruthful client by thinking that I skipped my account, but I printed my internet statements that I will send to u as proof that Wesbank did not try to take an instalment and that there is no unpaid on my account for those dates.
My request is to cancel my whole contract for this Bakkie and take the Bakkie back.
False statements is been given to me. Wesbank give bad service.
Hello Unhappy1111,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and in addressing the concerns raised herein, we wish to highlight the following:

A Naedo debit order is universally programmed to not penalize the consumer whenever a debit order is unsuccessful in an effort to minimize the ramifications and costs associated to returned debit orders. According to our records, the Naedo debit order was presented on two occasions from 27 June 2015 and return with a notification indicating that the same was not provided for. In terms of the Agreement that was concluded, Collections Solutions may charge a levy in lieu of the breach of contract. The levy, as prescribed by the Debt Collectors Act (DCA), allows a levy to be charged until such a time as the outstanding amount is paid. You may contact Collections Solutions directly on *** or *** however a manager will try to contact you once again to clarify our position.

We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

Yours sincerely,

WesBank
