Wesbank - client personal information disclosure without consent

I contacted Wesbank as I received a notification stating that i had requested documents for my vehicle which i had not

I explained to the consultant that i had not given anyone consent to request these documents in my behalf

I was told by Wesbank we should wait and monitor the situation

Later i receive an email stating that an individual had collected documents for my vehicle

This is most definitely a violation of the Popi act and i remain concerned about potential ***** on my name after Wesbank released documents without my consent
