Wesbank Client Harrassment

I complained about Wesbank service in September 2021 and how they were treating their customers. A consultant Collin called me, he said he handle my account from then and he was happy with the extra instalment I was paying to clear my arrears. He made a new arrangement to that effect, which I explained that my payments sometimes are delayed as I'm self employed. He said thats fine as long as you make sure you pay every month which I have been doing. Last week Reginald a consultant from Rousouw Attorney calls me and tells me my account has been handed over by Wesbank for collection. I asked him why because I am paying as per arrangement, he says he knows I am paying the issue is that I am not paying on the date that I agreed with the bank and they have no record that my payments will get delayed sometimes. As a result the extra R800 I am paying above the instalment is not enough they start legal proceedings against me I can take it up with the relevant authorities if I'm not happy with the treatment. This morning I just recoeved a letter of demand to pay the attorneys within 7 days as they are starting legal proceedings. My issue is if they acknowledge that I am paying every month and clearing my outstanding amount, what is the problem that my account is being handed over for collection? No one is answering me other than telling me to pay double my instalment if I don't want them to take legal action, someone please help me here as Wesbank has no interest in helping the clients other than making their lives miserable, clearly the aim is just to repossess my car even when I'm paying. I am not the only self employed person with this issue, why is it not being addressed as the bank already knows we don't have set salary dates.
