Wesbank claiming arrears on my account

Wesbank contacted me regarding arrears on my car finance account. I responded accordingly and made payments to the arrears as stipulated by the collections consultant, Jaco Cilliers.

I payed the arrear amount in full and asked for confirmation that the amount I needed to pay in order to bring my account to book, which the same consultant affirmed.

I've just received a monthly statement from Wesbank stating I have arrears on my account dating from September last year. I fail to understand why Jaco did not bring this to my attention when he was contactign me and advising exact figures of arrears, I also fail to understand why it took them this long to bring this to my attention and why they are only contacting me now regarding this.

They've proven time and time again to be *********** in their customer service and it's tiring. I've personally called them just recently (about last month) and still none of what they are saying today was brought to my attention.

I have asked them to contact me personally and still don't have any response from them.

Wesbank contacted me telephonically and could not reach me. I received an email stating this and asked to be telephonically contacted again, which they have not done. They are informing me via email that I owe arrears from my last installment (July), after having paid the full arrear amount as stated by the consultant I had liased with plus an installement amount greater than my original installment. I'm failing to understand these apparent figures as I asked for confirmation that after having settled my arrears with the amount stated by the consultant, the account will now be brought to book and I'll continue with the normal installement. I'm failing to understand why Wesbank stated I have arrears dating 2017 September, which they've now just changed to say I owe arrears from my last installement, and no explanation as to why they stated I have arrears dating 2017 September. I fail to understand why I should conform without explanation of any sort.
