Wesbank cheating ways with refunds

I have previously cancelled a policy on my vehicle finance with Wesbank. I was told that the policy refund will be paid back to my personal account when the cancellation has been finalized. Weeks later I'm told that the money will not be paid back but can only be used as an advance payment to my vehicle finance. This is absolutely wrong as I feel I am being bul**** with my own money, my installments are update, I always pay in time, i demand what's due to me.!!Their customer care agents are giving me conflicting statements and are absolutely rude!!! I am already paying a quite high rate on this vehicle and now they being tricky with realesing what's due to me!!
