Wesbank Cashpower terible service.
Wesbank Cashpower shocking service, I settled a loan with them on the 9th December and confirmed with them the amount had been received and the account was closed, I also had a R417.00 credit with them. Wesbank then debited my account on the 28th December?? battled for over an hour to get hold of them and was told the debit order would be refunded the same day, now two days later still no refund and again I cant get hold of them on any of their lines.

04 Jan 2023, 12:49Just a followup since my last post, have now spoken to numerous people and all have given me answers ranging from its been processed and the money should be in my account to speaking to the last person who now tells me there is a backlog and cant tell me when my credit will be processed even though the mistake was theirs. I have 3 cars that are financed through Wesbank, if this is the way they treat their clients I'm definitely going to have to re-look at who I choose to assist with our financing.
