WESBANK CASHPOWER LOAN, JUST NO RESPONSE AFTER INITIAL EMAIL WHEN APPLYING.

I app**** for a Wesbank Cashpower loan on Sunday 4th May 2025. It should take maximum 5 business days, yet I have not received any call or email notifying me if it is approved or if they need documentation. I have tried to call several times and never get through. I emailed last Tuesday for a status update and no one has rep****. I am frustrated, as I have Wesbank car finance and have been a loyal customer for years. Not the service I expected. Please can someone call me or email with an update.
