WESBANK CASH POWER LOAN IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE
Wesbank Cash Power Loan.
I have been trying to speak to someone regarding them fixing the debit order for TWO MONTHS now. I hold on a line for 40 MINUTES and then the call gets dropped. I am now GATVOL. I have logged a formal complaint CRSCC829, and still NOTHING. I am going to take this to the ombudsman as my credit score is now affected by some *********** person who messed up my paperwork. This must be Resolved before 28 MAY 2021 or I am taking further steps. The contract that was read out to me stated the debit order process, now WESBANK is not honoring it. I EXPECT CONTACT ASAP. YOUR SERVICE IS POOR!!!!!!
