Wesbank Careless and Terrible Service

<p>On the 1st of March I paid for my car $ 1000 from a Bank of America account as per the arrangement with Wesbank. I was told it will will take 24-48 hours for the funds to be allocated. I have called their department multiple times and I have sent the proof of payment. On Friday I called and was told it will take 48-72hours for the allocation department to clear the funds. This morning I called and spoke to Felicia Rani and again spoke to Tebogo Lebelo and was told yet again that it will take 48-72 hours for the funds to be allocated. </p> <p>I am just so puzzled by this level of service. It seems as though WESBANK is stalling so they can continue to charge me for late fees when I paid on time and sent them proof of payment immediately. I do not understand how they can be so careless with their customers. When one does not pay on time Wesbank is so quick to threaten people and add additional amount to the account but when one pays on time it takes them 23 days to clear funding just because its foreign currency. This is not acceptable and its pure abuse and bullying. </p> <p>There is no way to describe this atrocious service .</p>
