Wesbank car finance department sucks and also doesnt understand if a person cant afford more than 3500 a mont and hands you over.

Not happy wth the way they handle people in arrears on car instalments.i try making arrangements to pay 3500 a month because i am in arrears by 5 months but they dont want to accept that they want me to pay 3500 plus monthly instalments wich i cant afford as im unemployed for over a year now and cant find work.they handed me over to lawyers to summons me.my granmother is hellping me pay at the moment till i go to usa as i got a job there now.she is a pensioner and cant afford more than 3500.wesbank dept collectors also phoned me one time and told me aslong as i pay every month more than my instalment amount a month the car cannot be repossesed and court looks at if payments are being made and trying to catch up arrears.i also had a few months they say i never paid my instalments witch i have been doing.i had wrong refrence one time and tbey said i never paid.they should go on the persons account and search payments by name or so.i also havent received any statments from wesbank since june this year.
