Wesbank bullying people that is suffering

Due to covid and lockdown in 2020, I unfortunately could no longer afford the installments and wanted to do the responsible thing by voluntarily surrendering the car back Wesbank in order to recoup their monies. The bank unfortunately did not sell the car to cover the amount owed and I'm fully aware that I'm liable for the outstanding amount. Since last month I Spoke to Lesetja and Mohamad, I am trying to do the responsible thing and settle debt which is owed, however my wife and I only managed to save R33 000 from a portion of our salaries and assistances from 3rd parties, however we were told to pay R38 900.

They refuse to assist, when request to speak to the team manager then its a meeting, lunch or not in office and no one can assist. after explaining our story/concern on numerous occasions, we just get e-mails stating we must pay their balance and send proof of payment.

I was in a simi**** case with ABSA and they allowed me to settle with 70%, I'm not asking for an additional 30% but I believe what I have on the table is reasonable.
