Wesbank braking arrangements made

Hi so I lost my work and a bakkie we had was taken back then we made an arrangement with wesbank to pay an x amount for being without work it is not easy to still try and provide for ones family. As such we are still struggling to try and pay everyone now wesbank has decided to change debt collectors without notice and we have still payed the old debt collecter the arranged amout. Now I get calls and people are not very good when I tell them that we are paying and the amount is now almost the same as when i started, how can this be what can I do it is pay the bills or see that your kids have something to eat HELP PLEASE.
