Wesbank bleeding clients in need dry

I am under debt review, have signed acceptance from Wesbank. Since the debt review started they have changed my statement, it does not show a single payment from the debt review, in fact, suddenly my statement shows ZERO transactions aside from the balance just increasing. I paid over R7000.00 in September that Wesbank claimed I owed them, this is over and above the debt review. now I am being accosted and threatened again, Wesbank again claiming that I owe them over R6000.00 when I paid the arrears and I pay my debt review every month. I have now been told that I have to pay the R6000+ on top of my debt review - do your math, single income, single parent, R13000.00 a month to survive on, just under R5000.00 for debt review, how am I supposed to survive??? I have a child with an incurable, life threatening disease who needs to go to a government hospital because I cannot afford his treatments.
