Wesbank blames the secondary banks, but is at fault (3rd party) for debitting each and every month when they feel like it, not as arranged and agreed to

Same ****, every month. I email you. You take your sweet time. You promise things: It does not happen.

I have not received actual communication or asistance from you in the last week. Emailed you with new banking details. Updated my banking details on my account (online). I was given a reference, and I resent it, and attached my new bank account's statement. In the interrim and before (on various occasions) I have phoned and not been assisted. Apparently you do not have a Honda Division Anymore? So no one has my details or can assist in actually Updating any details? Your staff is unhelpful. And advising me only to do "everything online" so they won't have to do much. So in conclusion: My debit order was arranged with you (to which you did not object) on the 1st of every month. Yet, I was informed that the fault is on my banks side. However, after moving to a different bank, and having a new bank account: The debit orders are still being debitted Waaaaaaay Tooooooooooo Early. So now I am gatvol of phoning and emailing, To which no response or confirmation is given: You may not debit Any of my Bank Accounts whenever you feel like it. Service is unheard of from service@wesbank but you want my money.

This employee does not even provide their actual name, surname or direct contact number.
